Your Outreach Committee identifies a Ministry to focus on each month. They provide information through the web, newsletter and bulletins about how you can participate. To donate, please place your contribution (make your check out to Anoka UMC) in an envelope found in the pews, or in your offering envelope, and mark it with the name of this month’s ministry.

United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR)

The Ministry of the Month for October is UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on Relief.) One of the ways we can most help in times of disaster is with our financial gifts. You may make a donation to UMCOR through UMCA and put “UMCOR Disaster Relief” in the memo space of your check or on your envelope. Disaster Response Teams working through The United Methodist Church are known for being the first to arrive and last to leave in times of disaster. As always, 100 percent of your designated funds go to those in need.
